  • light-life Coaching Sessions

    You may schedule a single session, work together for a month, or make a personal commitment to yourself for 12 weeks. I highly recommend a three-month series as it allows time to identfy what you want to transform, integrate the new habits, attitudes, and beliefs, and step fully into alignment with your expanded Self.

Single Session:

Sometimes  we need to 'pause in the moment' to observe where we are and make a conscious choice for our next step. This is a session of clarity, commitment, and profound action.

90 minutes - $88

Monthly Coaching Sessions:

This commitment to work together on a weekly basis will create profound and measurable changes in your life. Each month consists of:

  • 4 weekly sessions/mth
  • Email support to address questions, hurdles or celebrate breakthroughs.
  • Completion of your weekly Personal Action Form

~  4 Sessions     $260 ($65 each)

~  8 Sessions     $480 ($60 each)

~ 12 Sessions    $660 ($55 each)
